Mr. John Caris
Non-Executive Chairman
John is a qualified pharmacist and successful business owner and investor in the pharmacy Industry. He has extensive experience in the delivery of healthcare services to the community through his work with pharmacy groups.
John founded, owned or invested in more than 15 large pharmacies and specialises in establishing greenfield sites and value adding to existing businesses. John has strong connections on both sides of politics and is a past President of The Brisbane Golf Club. John still holds interests in the healthcare, property and tourism sectors.
Mr. Stewart Hemsley
Chief Executive Officer
Stewart has been self-employed across a number of industry sectors for most of his working life. Several years ago he established what is today, Surgical BioFix Ltd. Stewart has a long history of involvement in health and education related facilities having served in an honorary capacity on a number of boards of management and advisory committees in those disciplines, as well as commercial involvement in property development.
Stewart led the design and construction of the Surgical BioFix Ltd facility in Brisbane after having negotiated the IP Licence Agreement regarding the production and distribution of the Surgical BioFix Ltd produced human tissue allograft products into the Australia, New Zealand and South Pacific markets. He was also responsible for the sourcing and training of staff for the facility. Stewart has many years of experience in commercial and community group liaison with local, state and federal government and is a Justice of the Peace in Queensland and New South Wales.
Mr. Eric Guthrie
Non-Executive Director
Eric is a highly successful international business owner and investor in the European and Australian markets. Eric has a unique and broad range of experience across multiple industry sectors, primarily specialising in developmental and implementation strategy. With a strong focus on delivery and client relations, Eric works with his clients to ensure realistic business solutions are achieved whilst providing real value across his companies. Eric holds interests across a number of sectors including engineering, biomedical and property.

Michael brings a wealth of experience as a seasoned international business leader and investor in global markets. With a diverse background spanning multiple industries, he specialises in driving business growth.
Known for his strong focus on client relationships and delivery, leveraging his extensive networks and industry insights to drive business development and market expansion. Drawing on parallels between the precision and innovation demanded by the (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) HVAC industry and the exacting standards of the biomedical field, Michael brings a unique perspective to advancing strategic initiatives and fostering growth.
With a proven track record of success and a passion for advancing business objectives, Michael is dedicated to accelerating revenue growth and strategic initiatives. In addition to his professional endeavours, Michael is a passionate cyclist. This dedication to health and fitness reflects his commitment to perseverance and goal attainment, qualities that resonate in his approach to business leadership
